Frequent questions

Are there setup fees?

No. Migration from Cyrious or shopVOX is free and self-serve. Onboarding help is included; we don't charge $499 for a 30-day import like our competitors.

What happens past 5 seats?

$20/seat/month for each additional active user. Deactivating a teammate frees a seat. The Team page shows your current usage and lets you swap members in or out.

What counts as an AI credit?

Each credit ≈ one typical AI permit draft (~$0.20 of OpenAI inference). Lighter features like field mapping or contact dedup cost a fraction of a credit. The $25 included covers ~125 permit drafts a month — most shops never run out.

Can I migrate my Cyrious or shopVOX data myself?

Yes. Cyrious customers download a SQL pack, run it against their database in SSMS, and upload the resulting CSVs. shopVOX customers connect via API. Both run in an afternoon, not 30 days. Every imported batch is rollback-eligible for 30 days.

Do unused AI credits roll over?

No — they reset on the 1st of each month. We considered roll-over but it complicates the budget guarantee. If you regularly run out, the $10/50-credit overage block is the cleanest path.

Where is my data stored?

US East — N. Virginia (AWS us-east-1). Photos in encrypted cloud storage; structured data in Postgres with row-level security so each org sees only its own. See the Security page for full details.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime; you keep your data export forever via the public API or migration toolkit.
